HOW WE HELP

Veterans are at 50% higher risk of suicide than their peers who have not served.

We think that needs to change.

Our aim is straight forward: to assist veterans in rediscovering their sense of freedom.

Our aim is straightforward: to assist veterans in rediscovering their sense of freedom. We've tragically lost many comrades—individuals we lived and served with, whom we considered family. Our commitment is unwavering: we won't simply watch from the sidelines when our friends are facing a crisis. We will unite as allies, as a community, to do everything in our capacity to alter the prevailing narrative.

We employ a proactive and disruptive approach, centered on reaching out to veterans at risk wherever they may be. Our program has been meticulously developed and offers a wide range of activities that promote overall health and wellness. Together, these activities form a potent arsenal of tools that overcome the obstacles to recovery—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation

Breathe. Stretch. Relax. Repeat. Vinyasa is a functional yoga style that focuses on meditative deep-breathing exercises and comfortable, flowing poses.

Trauma Therapy

When it comes to addressing trauma, this is where the rubber meets the road. Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing drills down to the root of post-traumatic stress, allowing the Veteran and therapist to work through trauma together in a safe, controlled environment.

Physical Fitness

A combination of circuit training, core exercises and boxing that focuses on stability, balance and building functional strength. The workouts won't make you sore, but they will keep you feeling fluid and flexible.

Stoicism Practice

Our Veterans take a deep dive into the philosophy of Stoicism. Engage in morning group and reading to understand virtues such as acceptance, patience, fortitude, and pragmatism.

Posture Therapy

Back pain is one of the leading causes of disability for military veterans. Posture therapy utilizes focused stretching exercises to open up the shoulders and hips, reducing pain and inflammation in the spinal column.

Virtual Therapist

We provide a 12-week virtual therapy curriculum tailored to meet the needs of male Veterans, female Veterans, and the loved ones or family members of individuals diagnosed with PTSD.

Spirituality Counseling

A crash course in restoring your vitality to help you cultivate a new sense of purpose. Learn how to control negative thoughts, reinforce positivity, and live mindfully.

Massage Therapy

Discovering massage therapy unlocks a world of relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation for body and mind. Our Veterans are taught techniques they can take with them  and practice for a lifetime.

FREEDOM PROGRAM

This is the genuine thing! Our 12-week, Freedom Program, is designed to restore your life. It was developed by veterans, for veterans, with the aim of helping you become the amazing person you are. The Freedom Program doesn't guide you step by step, but rather provides a rope to pull yourself up.
